🛑Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, Phanes implements rate limits.

• Each user has a limit on how frequently they can use commands.

• Some commands may have different rate limit rules.

• For security reasons, we don't publicly disclose the exact rate limit thresholds. However, users engaging with Phanes in a normal manner will never encounter these limits.

• It is crucial to read and understand our Terms of Service, especially Section 5 which contains usage restrictions.

Adaptive System

Phanes uses an intelligent adaptive system that adjusts based on usage patterns:

• Users who frequently hit rate limits may experience longer cooldown periods.

• Repeated violations within a short time window will result in progressively longer timeouts.

• The system automatically adjusts back to normal after a period of normal usage.

Users who consistently trigger rate limits may be permanently restricted from using Phanes.
